Gierre Lightweight Steel Mobile Towers for Indoor and Outdoor Use
Gierre Scaffolding models TL302E , TL303E , TL304E. Professional Mobile Steel Towers very light and easy to assemble and move. Thanks to the self-assembling base they can be installed by a single operator . Suitable for both internal and external use and without the need for anchoring to the wall thanks to compliance with the EN1004-1 and EN1004-2 standards by the stabilizers.
The models differ from each other by the number of spans that make up the Mobile Tower. Each span has dimensions L 0.75 x D 1.65 x H 1.50 m .
- TL302E = 2 spans
- TL303E = 3 spans
- TL304E = 4 spans
These Gierre Lightweight Mobile Towers are mainly characterised by:
- Spans of 5 rungs each
- Both internal and external use
- Non-slip Eurodeck worktop with trapdoor and footrest to prevent objects from falling
- 4 stabilizers compliant with EN1004
- 125mm wheels with polyamide core
It is always recommended to fix the Gierre scaffolding to the building or other structure.
Anti-Deformation Pegs
This Steel Scaffolding for outdoor and indoor use is equipped with rectangular rungs measuring 40 x 20 mm. The rectangular shape doubles the resistance to deformation compared to oval-shaped profiles.
Non-slip Worktop
The worktop is made of non-slip Eurodeck and measures 70 x 160 cm . Made up of two pieces, it is equipped with a trapdoor and footrests with the function of preventing objects from falling on all 4 sides.
Stabilizers EN1004
The stabilizers compliant with the EN1004 standard allow the possibility of use without the need for wall anchoring , guaranteeing greater flexibility and optimisation of usage times.
Tie rods
The tie rods have automatic locking .
Characteristics
The self-assembling base is supplied already assembled with the wheels already inserted. There are no bolted or other mechanical connections, thus offering quick and easy opening in a few seconds even by a single operator.
These Gierre Mobile Towers are finished with an anti-corrosion atmospheric electrolytic zinc surface finish specifically made to withstand outdoor use.
Gierre Mobile Towers are entirely Made in Italy, guaranteeing the quality of the materials used, full compliance with safety regulations and durability over time.
