Lavor Lena E LP - High Pressure Three Phase High Pressure Cleaner
The Lavor Lena E LP series pressure washers are professional three-phase machines suitable for those who need high pressure, in fact they are able to offer an operating pressure of 500 bar . The Lena E LP pressure washers are ideal for industrial sectors, for example for removing paint, rust, plaster or for sandblasting work.
These high-pressure washers are equipped with a top quality in-line pump and an electric motor with elastic coupling and low rotation speed (1400 RPM) , characteristics that translate into greater durability over time. The Lavor Lena and LP also feature an automatic regulation valve with external by-pass and gradual pressure restoration and a thermostatic valve for overheating protection ; the latter regulates the entry of fresh water when the gun is not in use, thus avoiding the recirculation of water which, if heated, could damage the components.
The Lena E LP range produced by Lavor is built with premium quality materials , with a sturdy painted steel frame , a stainless steel trim panel and large industrial wheels for transport . The pressure washers also have a practical housing for the gun and lance.
The Lavor Lena E EP pressure washer is also equipped with a starting panel with low voltage 24V controls with emergency stop button and hour meter. Lavor Lena E LP mounts large industrial wheels with a diameter of 300 mm where the rear wheel has a safety brake for safe and easy maneuvering.
The filter of the high pressure cleaner in question is an oversized cartridge filter with suction therefore having a high filtering power.
Triplex TW 500 premium pump

Lavor LENA and LP pressure washers are fitted with a high quality Triplex TW 500 Premium pump. With a brass head , hardened stainless steel guide pistons and non-return valves, this pump includes a brass manifold and all-ceramic plungers. In addition, the TW Premium pump features bronze alloy connecting rods , high quality tapered roller bearings and increased oil capacity to dissipate heat . However, the flow rate is higher, with 3210 L / h . This pump is also equipped with the exclusive No Oil Leak anti-leakage system, the anti-infiltration sealing system between crankcase and head. The male shaft is 24 or 30 mm .
