CGM 20P is a professional fixed 400V generator in open and closed versions. 22 kW generator is a professional CGM generator suitable for continuous professional use .
Functional specifications
Professional 22 kW generator
CGM 20P is a fixed generator with continuous net power of 22 kW . With Perkins 404A-22G1 engine with mechanical speed governor , 24.7 HP and 2216 cc at 1500 RPM . CGM 20P has 4 cylinders , with suction and water cooling .
AVR voltage regulator
CGM 20P is equipped with an AVR voltage regulator with voltage precision of +-1%, 4 poles . Brushless alternator .
Manual electrical panel
LOVATO ELECTRIC RGK420 SA control unit with multimeter (voltmeter, ammeter, frequency meter, hour meter and battery voltmeter). Backlit LCD display . With IP44 metal case, protection fuses, emergency button, ON-OFF key selector. The CGM 20P control panel has IP67 EE sockets: 3P 16 A + 5P 16 A. With thermal magnetic protection switch for each socket and oil pressure and water temperature alarms .
Automatic start-up panel for mains failure
LOVATO ELECTRIC RGK600 control unit with multimeter (voltmeter, ammeter, frequency meter, hour meter and battery voltmeter). Periodic test function and mains voltage monitoring function. Backlit LCD display . With IP44 metal case, protection fuses , emergency button , ON-OFF selector . The CGM 20P generator includes a battery charger , power terminal block , 4P 32 A magneto-thermal protection switch .
With oil pressure and water temperature alarms .
Outdoor soundproof cabin
The soundproof version is equipped with a soundproof and weatherproof cabin, made of structural steel sheet , thickness between 1.5 and 4.5 mm. RAL5015 textured epoxy powder painting. Internal lining in sound-absorbing material with high noise reduction , finished with water-repellent and anti-oil material.
CGM 20P has maximum accessibility for ordinary and extraordinary maintenance by means of two large doors with key lock and padlocks.
Fresh air intake below and on the short side, hot air expulsion from above and below the cabin.
