The Biemmedue Jumbo hot air generators offer immediately available heat in a clean and economical way in various applications, such as in construction, shipbuilding, agriculture, farms, industrial premises, sports and recreational facilities under tents.

These generators represent the top of the Biemmedue range in terms of power and thermal efficiency, providing an effective and prompt solution to problems caused by cold, frost and humidity.

They work with diesel, natural gas or LPG and have been designed with extreme care and manufactured to ensure reliability and durability even in the most unfavorable environmental conditions.

POWER AND MAXIMUM PERFORMANCE

The JUMBO series generators offer high-level performance both in terms of thermal power and efficiency:

• The combustion chamber, in stainless steel resistant to high temperatures and the heat exchanger guarantee a high thermal yield. The operating economy also derives from the optimal ratio between the fuel burned and the calories expressed.
• The axial or centrifugal fan ensures large volumes of hot air at high pressure and perfectly clean.

GREAT SECURITY

The Biemmedue Jumbo generators have been designed and manufactured according to the highest international quality standards, in order to guarantee always reliable operation, in complete safety and simplicity:

• Automatic operation for maximum ease of use
• All generators are equipped with a FAN thermostat for automatic control of the fan, LIMIT with automatic reset and LIMIT with manual reset for safety shutdown in the event of accidental overheating or malfunctions.
• The thermo-acoustically insulated bodywork is in steel painted with epoxy powders fired at 180 °C, so as to guarantee excellent resistance to corrosive agents.
• Maintenance is limited to a few periodic general cleaning operations on the components.

VERSATILITY

Available in floor-standing, wall-mounted or wheeled versions on large rubber wheels that facilitate movement, all models are equipped with large rings that facilitate hooking by cranes or forklifts.

• Fitted with a diesel tank, which increases their mobility in complete autonomy, they can also be used with power from a generator set.
• The delivery of hot air can be carried out either from the front or from the top of the appliances.
• A special switch allows you to use the generators for summer ventilation.

• Rear electrical control panel (IP 65):
• positioned in the back, it prevents it from coming into contact with dust, water, snow, etc.;
• equipped with a sturdy metal cover that also allows the shelter of tools and documents;
• Front service electrical panel (IP 65):
  • positioned in the front part of the machine inside the burner cover drawer: to prevent it from coming into contact with dust, water, snow for easier maintenance; for easier control and operator intervention
• Each main component (fan, burner, thermostats, etc.) is equipped with quick connections for electrical connection:
  • speed of assembly/disassembly and technical intervention
  • elimination of installation/disassembly errors

TECHNIQUE - HOW THE SAFETY THERMOSTATS WORK :

• Overheating thermostat: placed on the combustion chamber, it automatically stops the flame in case of overheating of the chamber.
• Ventilation thermostat: regulates the switching on of the fan when the combustion chamber is sufficiently hot in order not to introduce cold air into the room. Conversely, when the burner is switched off, it regulates the operating time of the fan in order to cool and exploit all the heat produced by the combustion chamber.
• Limit thermostat: located at the air delivery outlet, it intervenes if the temperature of the air passing through the combustion chamber is higher than 100°C.

TECHNIQUE - HOW A PROFESSIONAL BURNER WORKS

A professional burner consists of a fan, a diesel filter with high filtering power, a fuel pump, a nozzle, an ignition transformer and a pair of electrodes which allow, even in the worst conditions:

• safe ignition even in dusty and humid environments without the danger of clogging the air filters;
• the regular delivery of thermal power, even in the presence of very little fuel in the tank;
• pre-ventilation for washing the combustion chamber;
• combustion chamber cooling post-ventilation;
