BIEMMEDUE PHOEN HOT AIR GENERATORS PROVIDE IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE HEAT IN A CLEAN AND ECONOMICAL WAY.
Characterized by the presence of a heat exchanger with a flue connection for the evacuation of fumes, they generate a thermal efficiency close to 90%. They are widely used in warehouses, horticulture and floriculture, livestock farming, construction, tents and mobile structures for drying, defrosting and heating.
When used indoors, the installation of a small chimney connected to the outside ensures the evacuation of fumes. Phoen indirect combustion generators are versatile, reliable, easy to use and safe thanks to the control devices that, in the event of a malfunction, cause the machine to stop.
MAXIMUM PERFORMANCE
The perfect combustion generated by an innovative dedicated BM2 burner , allows for optimal air-diesel mixing, which combined with the use of a combustion chamber with 4 flue gas passes, provides a thermal efficiency close to 90%. In fact, thanks to the increase in the passage surface in the heat exchanger, the fumes are cooled more and therefore additional quantities of clean heat are generated.
IMMEDIATE HEAT
Easy to transport wherever their use is required, they can be started up immediately, as is the production of hot air.
VARIABLE POWER
Using a switch on the electrical panel, it is possible to select the 1st Flame (75 kW) or 2nd Flame (110 kW) mode.
This flexibility of operation allows for:
- reduce consumption in applications where a low ∆ T is sufficient;
- avoid frequent on-off cycles when the set room temperature is close, thus ensuring better thermal combustion efficiency.
BURNER
The feature that makes this series unique is the adoption of a dedicated BM2 burner, separate from the fan, replacing the traditional ones found on the market (Ecoflam, Riello, Lamborghini, ...) or the integrated systems used on economical machines where the combustion air is generated by part of the air from the fan motor.
RELIABILITY AND SAFETY
The project comes from a consolidated experience, the materials are carefully selected and the production is strictly controlled. Maximum safety and minimum maintenance.
EASE OF USE
All models are light and compact, equipped with a handle, trolley and wheels, and have an essential and easy-to-use control panel. The special design of the filler neck makes it extremely easy to refill the fuel.
COMBUSTION CHAMBER
The combustion chambers are all made of AISI 430 stainless steel with heat exchangers in aluminized steel for better heat exchange with the cooling air and the use of the innovative combustion chamber with four smoke passes which allows for an increase in heat exchange within it with a consequent increase in the cooling of the combustion fumes such as to allow for an efficiency close to 90%.
FAN CONVEYOR and FAN MOTOR
To better exploit the dynamic performance of the fan, a conveyor has been inserted that “tubs” the fan. This also provides safety protection in the event of maintenance of the machine .
ELECTRIC CABLE SUPPORT
A bracket fixed to the body allows the power cord to be rolled up during transport.
TANK DRAIN PLUG
On all models, it is possible to drain the fuel present in the tank via a drain plug.
TANK CLOSING CAP
The tank cap is a professional type with a bayonet lock.
FUEL TANK
The innovative design gives the machine a robust and compact appearance. The tank is made of steel which gives it high robustness and a high load capacity .
AIR REGULATION DAMPER
Thanks to a wide adjustment range and a precise and functional graduated scale, it is possible to modify the flow of combustion air, thus ensuring perfect combustion depending on the altitude.
SAFETY THERMOSTATS
- Overheating thermostat: located on the combustion chamber, it automatically stops the flame in the event of overheating of the chamber.
- Ventilation thermostat: regulates the fan ignition when the combustion chamber is hot enough to avoid introducing cold air into the environment. Conversely, when the burner is turned off, it regulates the fan operating time in order to cool and exploit all the heat produced by the combustion chamber.
- Limit thermostat: located at the air flow outlet, it intervenes if the temperature of the air passing through the combustion chamber is higher than 100° C.
BM2 BURNER
The feature that makes this series unique is the adoption of a dedicated BM2 burner, replacing the traditional ones found on the market (Ecoflam, Riello, Lamborghini,...) or the integrated systems used on economic machines where the combustion air is generated by the air from the fan motor. The use of a dedicated system resulting from years of study, allows:
- Complete separation of the combustion air from that of the combustion chamber cooling fan: the combustion air is introduced into the combustion head via a flexible pipe connected to the burner's motor fan.
- Advantages:
- precise and complete combustion, with CO (carbon monoxide) level equal to 0 ppm (parts per million);
- possibility of managing the main fan separately and therefore turning it on automatically, to introduce air into the room only when the combustion chamber has been sufficiently heated by the burner;
- use the machine for applications where only ventilation is required;
- optimize and customize the burner to take full advantage of the technical features of the machine.
- Possibility of placing the components that make up the burner in the optimal position for operation and maintenance for our applications.
- Avoid having redundant functions and components for our applications, but necessary for the operation of standard burners.
- Possibility to adjust the burner power according to the applications without affecting the perfect combustion of the machine.
- Allow perfect combustion even in the presence of significant changes in altitude.
- Possibility of taking combustion air outside the environment in which the machine is positioned (snorkel connection).
- Possibility of channeling the machine with long sheaths (50 m) both at the delivery and at the entrance without obviously affecting the combustion parameters.
FOAM PNEUMATIC WHEELS
The use of foamed pneumatic wheels with bearings allows easy movement of the machine, even on uneven, snowy, icy terrain. Furthermore, the foaming prevents the deflation of the wheels even in the presence of a puncture.
FUEL CIRCUIT
The diesel fuel supply pipes are made of hydrocarbon-resistant rubber, covered with metal reinforcing mesh, guaranteeing greater resistance to harsh climates and greater mechanical resistance to cutting and crushing. Furthermore, these pipes allow for safe attachment to the diesel pump, tank and filter by means of high-pressure crimping of the fittings.
TECHNIQUE
The combustion technology is based on the use of a professional burner composed of a fan, a high-filtering diesel filter, a fuel pump, a nozzle, an ignition transformer and a pair of electrodes.
This allows, even in the worst conditions:
- safe ignition even in dusty and humid environments without the risk of clogging the air filters;
- regular delivery of thermal power, even with very little fuel in the tank;
- pre-ventilation for combustion chamber washing;
- post-ventilation combustion chamber cooling;
- the possibility of interfacing with a thermostat, humidistat or timer.
