Genmac Combipro RG5000 - 5 kW Silenced Generator Set

The generator sets of the Genmac Combipro RG5000 series are among the quietest in their category, thanks to the lateral closing panels and the oversized muffler. The panels are covered with a sound-absorbing polyester material ; this material is recyclable, washable, class 1, fireproof and self-extinguishing. Epoxy powder coating is also ideal for outdoor use.

These power generators are built with a compact and robust structure with vibration dampers, sturdy wheels and a handle integrated into the frame, which make them easy to handle and transport. The 300 mm diameter wheels with double reinforcement, in order to avoid accidental impacts, are integrated into the structure and the retractable handle can be folded to avoid unnecessary obstacles when not in use. On the front there is also a full-length support to prevent it from sinking into the ground.

Front panel

The front panel is protected by a roof and is complete with a rear panel which guarantees protection and insulation from water . The framework is composed as follows:

Tank and Engine

The Genmac Combipro RG5000 generators are equipped with a 25 liter tank with a large cap that is easy to unscrew even with work gloves, filter and fuel level indicator tool. There is also a manual shut-off valve for the fuel circuit to prevent fuel leaks.

The Genmac Combipros are equipped with a Honda OHV 4-stroke petrol engine . They are reliable engines that guarantee efficient combustion and reduced fuel consumption ; they are also equipped with a protection system that causes the engine to stop if the oil level is too low .

The RG5000HAC model is equipped with iGX series motors, equipped with electronic rpm replication , stable in voltage (AVR) and frequency. This type of engine, compared to the standard GX series, is characterized by very advanced features:

• The electronic speed regulator guarantees stability of speed as the load varies
• Presence of various pre-set modes
• Automatic starter system even in the absence of battery

All models are equipped with an alternator with class H insulation.

AVR Voltage Regulator

All models of the Genmac Combipro series are available with optional AVR voltage regulator. The AVR is a device that allows the output voltage to be kept more constant and less dependent on the load . Thanks to this card there are fewer current drops or peaks and this makes the use of the various connected devices safer, improving their performance and durability.

The model equipped with an AVR card is highly recommended , as it guarantees a significant improvement in the stability of the output voltage; this feature makes the generators particularly suitable for commonly used machines with reactive loads such as refrigerators, freezers, air conditioners and garden machines. Greater stability leads to an increase in the life of your devices.
