The Gierre FA200FL Fast&Lock Extendable Aluminum Scaffolding is a scaffolding system consisting of two transformable ladders combined with a wall or trestle configuration. This structure allows the scaffolding to be fully exploited in a variety of contexts and depending on the type of work being undertaken.
The base dimensions are 1.70 x 1.20 m with a maximum height of 3.08 m .
Maximum load 150 kg in compliance with Legislative Decree 81/08.
Gierre FA200FL is ideal for painting and maintenance work up to a maximum reachable height of 3.99 m and each component can be used separately .
This Gierre Fast & Lock 200 scaffolding features fully pre-assembled tie rods and a patented tie rod locking system and a hook with an anti-extraction retaining function for absolute safety . Furthermore, the locking and unlocking joints are located in the center of the uprights, allowing you to easily change the working configuration in a short time.
The platform is made of non-slip Eurodeck supported by a welded aluminum frame structure . Equipped with a 61 x 46 cm access hatch.
Gierre FA200FL is equipped with an anti-tipping stabilizing bar and 8 tie rods, 2 of which have a protective function for the scaffolding user.

Functional specifications
Passage with trapdoor
The Gierre FA200FL scaffolding system allows users to assemble it independently, without the need for additional equipment, using the trapdoor for safe access and exit. The opening through the trapdoor measures 61 x 46 cm.
Easy to Move
One of the two ladders that make up the Gierre FA200FL has two wheels 2 mm off the ground that allow the scaffolding to be easily moved around the work area once slightly tilted. When the scaffolding is returned to its upright position, the wheels no longer touch the ground, thus maintaining complete stability and safety for the operator.
Multipurpose and Multiposition
The Gierre FA200FL Fast&Lock consists of two transformable ladders that can also be used individually. These allow for wall mounting up to 4.13 m.
Double Staircase
The ladders included in the scaffolding can both be used as a trestle, i.e. in a double configuration with two climbing ramps and a maximum height of 1.51 m.
Work Platform / Gantry Configuration
This Gierre FA200FL configuration allows it to be used as a support surface during work operations. The non-slip surface prevents tools from falling and increases working comfort.
Use Under the Ceiling
The minimal height of this Gierre Fast&Lock scaffolding allows it to be used as a scaffolding system under a building's interior ceiling in complete safety. The guardrail uprights prevent the operator from falling, ensuring complete stability.
Extended scale
Another possible use is to use one of the two ladders in the extended wall configuration. In compliance with safety standards, this mode allows the operator to reach up to 4.13 m with their hands.
