The Gierre FA200FL Fast&Lock Extendable Aluminum Scaffold is a scaffold made up of 2 transformable ladders combined with a wall or trestle configuration. This structure allows you to make full use of the scaffolding in different contexts and depending on the type of work to be tackled.
The dimensions of the base are 1.70 x 1.20 m with a maximum height of 3.08 m .
Maximum capacity 150 kg compliant with Legislative Decree 81/08.
Gierre FA200FL is ideal for painting and maintenance work up to a maximum height of 3.99 m that can be reached by hand and each component can be used on its own .
This Gierre Fast & Lock 200 scaffolding has completely pre-assembled tie rods and is equipped with a patented tie rod locking system and hook with anti-extension retention function for absolute safety . Furthermore, the locking and unlocking joints are located in the center of the uprights allowing you to easily change the working configuration in a short time.
The floor is in non-slip Eurodeck supported by a structure with a welded aluminum frame . Equipped with 61 x 46 cm access hatch.
Gierre FA200FL is equipped with an anti-tipping stabilizer bar and 8 tie rods, 2 of which protect the user of the scaffold.

Functional specifications
Passage with trapdoor
Gierre FA200FL is a scaffold that allows the user to assemble it independently, without the need for extra equipment and using the hatch for safe ascent and descent from the structure. The passage from the hatch has dimensions of 61 x 46 cm.
Easy to Move
One of the two ladders that make up the Gierre FA200FL has two wheels 2 mm from the ground which allow, once the scaffold is slightly tilted, to move it comfortably along the work area. When the scaffolding is put back in the vertical position the wheels no longer touch the ground, thus maintaining the operator in total stability and safety.
Multipurpose and Multiposition
Gierre FA200FL Fast&Lock is made up of two transformable ladders that can also be used individually. These allow use on walls up to 4.13 m.
Double ladder
The ladders forming part of the scaffolding can both be used as a trestle, i.e. with a double configuration with two climbing ramps with a maximum height of 1.51 m.
Work Platform / Stand Configuration
This configuration of Gierre FA200FL allows it to be used as a support surface during work operations. The non-slip surface prevents tools from falling and increases working comfort.
Use Under the Ceiling
The scaffolding configuration with minimum height allows this Gierre Fast&Lock to be used as a scaffold under the internal ceiling of a building in total safety. In fact, the parapet uprights prevent the operator from falling and stability is total.
Extended scale
Another possibility of use is given by the use of one of the two ladders in an extended wall configuration. In accordance with safety standards, this mode allows the operator to reach up to 4.13 m with his hand.
