BE-POWERFUL CA-B0897-CWS are original Base Protection safety shoes from the Special Line that are water resistant in compliance with WR and WRU standards. The upper is in fact in leather and water-repellent technical fabric with H2st0p Waterproof membrane .
Thanks to the 3D technical fabric lining, this Base Protection safety shoe guarantees maximum breathability , reducing bad odors and bacteria, while the ultra-light and thin non-metallic toe cap is covered with an abrasion-resistant toe cap for greater durability.
This BE-POWERFUL B0897 shoe has a removable Dry'n Air anatomical footbed and is compatible with other insoles according to DGUV 112-191.

H2St0p®
Extreme resistance to water-based fluids allowing to work in constantly wet environments . In fact, the heat-sealed membrane seals all the seams, preventing both the penetration of water and its accumulation between the upper and the lining which would make the shoe heavier.
OMNIA Dry'n Air® system
The Base Protection safety shoes with Dry'n Air System ensure an excellent thermoregulation capacity thanks to the simplified recirculation of the air present inside the work shoe. This innovative system pushes the humidity generated by sweat out of the footwear, improving the internal microclimate and the well-being of the foot, which remains dry and cool even in the presence of high temperatures.
The secret of this technology is a system of channels and holes, always free in an ergonomic insole capable of lifting the foot beyond the edge of the sole by distributing the weight evenly.
Fresh'n Flex system
The BE-POWERFUL B0897 Base Protection shoe is equipped with a ballistic fabric insert with 0 mm perforation according to EN ISO 20345:2011 standard.
Smell Stop® system
The 3D thermal fabric lining ensures maximum breathability while the permanent antibacterial system reduces the risk of infections and fungi by definitively counteracting the proliferation of bad smells.
The antibacterial treatment is effective throughout the life cycle of the safety shoes, performing a constant action.
AirTech + Tpu-Skin®
It is an anti-fatigue sole with exclusive technology patented by Base Protection to reduce the thickness of the tread making it less hard and compact, thus giving greater elasticity and a cushioning effect when walking.
SlimCap
The Metal Free toe cap of this Base Protection shoe has a reduced thickness of 6.5 mm, 35% less than standard work shoes on the market. This toe cap also features a perfectly contoured toe cap designed to prevent soreness and pressure on the toes.
Life Plus
Greater grip and less sole wear thanks to LifePlus technology which slows down the degradation of the soles in work environments characterized by the presence of liquids. LifePlus provides resistance to attack by chemicals such as solvents, acids, oils and diluted fuels, abrasion resistance, low temperature resistance, chemical resistance and slip resistance.
