EN 50365 standard

The EN 50365 standard specifies the requirements for insulating helmets to be used when working under voltage or near live parts. They protect the wearer from electric shock and, when used in conjunction with other insulating equipment, prevent electric current from flowing through the head to the human body.

Requirements:

• Protection against alternating voltages not exceeding 1000 V AC and 1500 V DC
• Insulating helmets must not contain conductive components .
• Ventilation openings (if present) must not allow accidental contact with live components .

EASY CLICK SYSTEM Helmet designed with integrated slots for easy mounting of eye and face protection accessories. Easy Click visor adapters required.

VENTILATION This helmet features 14 vents to prevent debris and internal heat from entering, for increased breathability and additional comfort.

FRONT ACCESSORY SLOT Front attachment point for easy integration of accessories such as badge holders and headlamps . Includes debris cap.

DIVIDER FOR LATERAL ADJUSTMENT Lateral chinstrap adjustment point to adjust and customize the fit of the helmet.

CLICK-IN SYSTEM Improved padding attachment system that attaches quickly and allows for easy replacement and removal. Increased durability.

ERGO FIT SYSTEM Helmet size adjustment system that allows for a secure fit by turning a large diameter dial . The system moves up and down to adapt to a wide range of head shapes. Ergonomic fins for neck support.

NECK PROTECTION SLOT 3 slots positioned on the rear of the helmet for installing Kask neck protectors.

EPS INNER SHELL High density inner shell that allows complete absorption of impact energy and provides greater comfort.

PREPARATION FOR NOISE-CANCELING HEADPHONES Helmet designed with standard Euro 30 mm (EURO) slots for the application of noise-canceling headphones.

LAMP CLIP WITH SEAT FOR EARPLUGS Lamp clips designed on the back with supports for positioning the earplug wire.

REMOVABLE LAMP CLIPS Equipped with 4 removable nylon lamp clips. Compatible with Kask headlamps with elastic bands.

HELMET HOLDER RING Strap equipped with a chin strap ring for attaching the helmet. Designed to allow the helmet to be securely attached to the harness or other equipment.

2DRY The highly technological and comfortable fabric dries very quickly , promoting the expansion and dispersion of sweat on the surface of the helmet padding for a comfortable fit.
