Kask Zenith X PL HI VIZ is a safety helmet with exceptional comfort thanks to multiple integrations to obtain greater protection . The ventilation system of this helmet guarantees maximum breathability and is certified according to the standard for mountaineering , the size is universal and adjustable from 52 to 63 cm with category II and standard EN 12492 .

Characteristics

MATERIALS

HD polypropylene outer shell, the inner shell is made of HD expanded polystyrene, while the front band is made of soft PA nylon . The use temperature of this helmet is between -20°C and +35°C .

D-CORE TECHNOLOGY

Inner shell of the helmet designed with a low density inner core to improve the protection against peak impacts .

HD CROWN PROTECTION

High density inner shell that gives greater impact absorption and protection of the inner core, durable and easy to clean.

FLUO CAP

High visibility shell in fluorescent color , the intensity of the color and luminescence may decrease over time.

INTEGRATED LUMINESCENT LAMP CLIPS

Designed with 4 luminescent nylon clips for attaching the lamps. Compatible with Kask headlamps with elastic bands.

HI-VIZ REFLECTIVE STICKERS

Equipped with high visibility reflective stickers for greater safety in poor visibility conditions.

VENTILATION

Helmet designed with 8 ventilation slots that maximize internal airflow through the outlet channels, for high breathability .

CLICK-IN FRONT PADDING

Internal front padding developed for maximum breathability and optimal sweat absorption . Removable padding with click-in system that facilitates replacement and washing.

DRY+ FABRIC

Innovative fabric with Hydrocool breathable technology and exceptionally soft fibers for high comfort . Silver ion anti-odour treatment.

ADAPTIVE FIT SYSTEM

Self Adaptive Live Hinge is the new patented system which consists of a technology that self-adapts following the movements of the wearer . Size adjustment system that integrates 3 components for maximum comfort throughout the day.
A new double wheel to facilitate size adjustment. The ergonomic side flaps to ensure a quick and secure fit in the neck area.

OPTIMIZED STRAP

New designed faux leather chin strap with new rear adjustment points for a custom fit . It allows the fit on a wide range of sizes and adapts to the use of ear defenders. The color of the buckle indicates which EN standard the strap complies with.

CLICK-IN SYSTEM

Patented attachment system for the internal padding which improves its durability , replacement and removal .

ELECTRICAL RISK PROTECTION

Tested at 20,000 V, the helmet meets the requirements of class E protection (electricity).

DIVIDER FOR LATERAL ADJUSTMENT

There is a lateral adjustment point on the chin strap to adjust and customize the fit.

HELMET HOLDER RING

Strap equipped with helmet attachment ring , designed to allow secure attachment of the helmet to the harness or other equipment.

FRONT ATTACHMENT FOR ACCESSORIES

Front attachment point for easy integration of accessories such as badge holders and headlamps. Also included is a cap for debris protection .

LAMP CLIP WITH SEAT FOR EARPLUGS

Lamp holder clip designed on the rear side with supports for positioning the earplug wire.

ANTI-NOISE HEADPHONES PREPARATION

Safety helmet designed with EURO standard 30 mm slots for the application of ear defenders.

HI-VIZ NAME PLATE

High visibility tag on the back of the helmet for easy identification .
