This Industrial Safety Helmet is designed to ensure maximum comfort for the user by guaranteeing breathability , dryness and protection against upper, front, rear and lateral impacts in compliance with EN 397 - EN 50395 .

EN 50365 standard

The EN 50365 standard specifies the requirements for insulating helmets to be used when working under voltage or near live parts. They protect the wearer from electric shock and, when used in conjunction with other insulating equipment, prevent electric current from flowing through the head to the human body.

Requirements:

• Protection against alternating voltages not exceeding 1000 V AC and 1500 V DC
• Insulating helmets must not contain conductive components .
• Ventilation openings (if present) must not allow accidental contact with live components .

D-Core Technology

Low density inner helmet shell core for improved protection against summit impacts.

HD-Crown Protection

High-density inner shell provides greater impact absorption and protection of the inner core. Easy to clean and durable.

Click-In Front Padding

Padding designed to ensure sweat absorption and breathability, thus allowing the helmet to always remain dry and cool. The padding in question is easily removable with the click-in system for quick replacement and washing.

Dry +

Innovative fabric with anti-odor treatment with silver ions and breathable Hydrocool technology with extremely soft fibers capable of providing greater comfort for long periods.

Adaptive Fit System

New technology designed to automatically adapt to the wearer's head, following their movements. Size adjustable thanks to three components: an innovative double wheel for easy size adjustment and ergonomic side wings specifically designed to ensure a quick and secure fit at the nape of the neck.

Optimized Strap

Faux leather chin strap with rear adjustments for a more personalized fit. The strap is also suitable for use with ear defenders.

Click-In System

Patented attachment system for replacing or removing the helmet's internal padding.

External shell in HD polypropylene

Excellent for absorbing impacts, especially at low temperatures (-30°C). This material is high-density and high-performance.

Electrical Risk Protection

Protection to Class E requirements (electricity) tested to 20,000 volts.

Electric Shock Protection 50365

Protection against potential contact when working with or near live parts on low voltage installations not exceeding 1000 V ac or 1500 V dc

Divider for Lateral Adjustment

Lateral adjustment point on the chin strap to adjust and customize the fit.

Helmet Holder Ring

Strap equipped with a helmet attachment ring. Designed to allow the helmet to be securely attached to a harness or other equipment.

Front Mount for Accessories

Front attachment point for easy integration of accessories such as badge holders and headlamps. Includes a debris cap.

Removable Lamp Clips with Earplug Holder

Equipped with 4 removable nylon lamp clips. Compatible with KASK headlamps with elastic bands. Additionally, these lamp clips have rear supports for positioning the earplug wire.

Provision for noise-cancelling headphones

Helmet designed with standard EURO 30mm slots for the application of KASK earmuffs.

HI-VIZ plate

High visibility plate on the back of the helmet for easy identification.
