The robotic lawnmower with perimeter wire is programmed to automatically cut the lawn . A wire is placed along the perimeter of the garden to delimit the working area.

The user traces the perimeter of the area where he wants to cut the grass, before the robot starts working. With the perimeter wire it is necessary to create a real fence : this can be fixed to the ground with some pegs or buried .

By sensing the wire , the robot moves autonomously , cutting the grass efficiently and returning to the charging base when necessary .
