Lavor Comfort Duotech is a 3 in 1 machine, designed for washing , drying and sweeping floors, suitable for professional use , designed for cleaning particularly dirty surfaces , even in the presence of debris that should be swept first, ideal for irregular surfaces .

The Lavor Comfort Duotech machine has ultra-compact dimensions and high maneuverability like a walk-behind scrubber-dryer, making it an excellent product for maintaining cleanliness , and also has particularly low consumption , with battery power. Thanks to its high speed , autonomy and robustness , this is the machine suitable for companies that provide cleaning services and often use heterogeneous personnel, in fact thanks to its ease of use the training time is particularly reduced .

How does DUOTECH work?

Dust and debris collection during washing occurs simultaneously with the counterclockwise action of the adjustable pressure cylindrical brush. All waste is collected in the compartment below from which it is sucked up and conveyed into the specific container , while the film of water that escapes from the primary collection is sucked up by a second motor .

The cleaning solution is atomized by the variable flow nozzles in uniform quantities adjacent to the washing roller. The exhaust air from the two suction motors is conveyed and blown through dedicated lateral diffusers.

The perfect drying of the Comfort Duotech is made possible thanks to the automatic translation of the wiper and side brushes during the steering action. Detergent consumption is 500÷1500 ml/min , particularly low consumption compared to competing machines, also with regard to water consumption, 50% lower than other machines on the market.

Technical specifications

The Lavor Comfort Duotech sweeping system washer dryer is a machine with an 88 cm side brush, the battery is able to offer great autonomy up to 4 hours of continuous work , thanks to the reduced consumption of detergent solution. The Comfort Duotech tanks have a high capacity , in fact the clean water tank is 90 L , the dirty water tank is 100 L , while the detergent tank has a capacity of 3 L , finally the solid tank is 30 L.

The detergent dosing system is particularly precise and proportional to the water dispensed, which means that there are fewer stops for refilling and the machine can actually be used at the maximum charge of the 24V batteries.

Ergonomics and comfort are features of this powerful machine, the steering wheel is ergonomic and newly designed with a very small steering radius of 86 cm , which allows rotation on the spot both to the right and to the left.

Sweeper

Sweeping is carried out by means of the large side brushes Ø 300 x 650÷850 mm at a speed of 900 RPM/min , which have an intelligent system called Active that allows the brushes to retract in the event of an impact , but also when cornering, thus allowing perfect collection of all the material up to 1060 mm of working width. Furthermore, the pressure of the brushes on the surface can be adjusted from the control panel.

Washer-dryer

This 3 in 1 machine is equipped with a self-leveling brush that allows you to work perfectly on uneven surfaces , the patented Air Recovery system of forced air flows ensures that the cleaning solution always remains within the work area and is not dispersed to the sides . The squeegee working width is 65÷90 cm , in detail the Comfort Duotech 65 CS model has a squeegee working width of 65÷67 cm , while the Comfort Duotech 85 CS model is 85÷90 cm . Thanks to the double floor drying process, the rear wheels are able to travel without slipping on wet surfaces. This machine allows for deep washing of surfaces.

Control Panel

The control panel features easy and intuitive controls, equipped with an hour meter, battery charge level indicator, empty tank light and forward/reverse traction indicator. It is also possible to adjust the speed, the horn and the adjustments of the central brushes and the squeegee height.
