Pair of GVS SPR582 Replacement Filters for protection against Organic, Inorganic and Dust Gases in industrial applications including Mining, Steelworks, Foundries, Mechanics, Pharmaceuticals, Construction, Construction and waste management, Heavy metals (lead, nickel and chromium ) and Railway Industry, Solvent-based painting in Automotive, Shipyards, Repair Shops and Agriculture (pesticides).
The GVS Elipse ABE1 P3 R expirator is equipped with ABE1 filter together with the filter HESPA P3 which is characterized by the following peculiarities (each color corresponds to the layer of its color in the photo below):
A : protection from gases and organic vapors with a boiling point above 65 ° C;
B : protection from inorganic gases and vapors (excluding carbon monoxide)
E1 : protection from acids / acid gases with low level of protection (limit of use at 1,000 ppm);
P3 : HESPA protection from Dust
The HESPA filters are High Efficiency Water-repellent Filters patented by GVS and made up of 7 layers of filter fabric that exclusively use mechanical filtration ensuring a minimum filtration of at least 99.95% of the nano-particles even down to 0.04 microns.
Compatible with GVS SPR580 / 581/583/584 Protective Masks .
Durability Features
The GVS protective mask filters can be used as long as they are not clogged, which can be understood by the increasing resistance to breathing.
The duration of the filters in fact depends on the concentration of pollution and the type of activity that is taking place.
The filtration level will always be above 99.95% for the entire period of use.
The shelf life is estimated at approximately 3 years .
