Fral FSDV Series - High Energy Efficiency Industrial Dehumidifiers
Fral FSDV3000 , FSDV6000 , FSDV8000 dehumidifiers for high-performance industrial and commercial use. These dehumidifiers are able to control temperature and humidity in large spaces, and are equipped with a special heat recovery system that allows them to reach very low relative humidity levels.
The series consists of three models selectable from a drop-down menu covering a potential range from 2400 m3/h to 8000 m3/h.
The operating temperature range is from 15 to 38 °C with relative humidity from 20 to 70% . This Fral dehumidifier is particularly robust and works by condensation. with centrifugal fan .
Fral FSDV dehumidifiers have a resistant and robust structure in extruded aluminum alloy profiles, connected without welding by nylon joints. The sandwich panels in plasticized galvanized steel guarantee a high level of thermal and acoustic insulation.

Functional Specifications
Scroll compressor
The Fral FSDV dehumidifiers are of the scroll type mounted on anti-vibration mounts .
Refrigeration Circuit
Evaporator and condenser: the battery is made of copper tubes and aluminum fins. Thermostatic valve.
Condensation collection
All Frals in the FSDV Series are equipped with a stainless steel collection tray .
Axial centrifugal fan
The fan mounted on these industrial dehumidifiers is centrifugal with double suction and is statically and dynamically balanced. Degree of protection: IP44.
Air Filter
The air filter is washable and easily replaceable and is made of synthetic material in class G4.
Microprocessor
The Fral FSDV microprocessor controls the defrost cycles, the compressor timer and the alarm board.
Easily visible control panel
Located on the outside of the machine. Complies with European regulations 73/23 and 89/336 with protection degree IP55 or IP 65 (OPZ).
Technical Specifications
The Fral FSDV3000 dehumidifier has a nominal dehumidification capacity , calculated in a situation of 60% humidity with a temperature of 35°C, of 260 L/24h , while for the FSDV6000 it is 480 L/24h and 640 L/24h for the FSDV8000 .
The maximum absorbed power of FSDV3000, 6000 and 8000 is 5 kW , 8.3 kW and 10.5 kW respectively while the sound pressure calculated at 3 metres distance is 68, 68, 72 dB(A).
