Fral Rotomoulded 50 is a high-performance portable dehumidifier , equipped with a high-density polyethylene cover resistant to impacts, particularly useful for safeguarding both the dehumidifier and the objects placed in the work environment.

This professional dehumidifier has a tubular handle and two large soft wheels that facilitate movement even in environments with obstacles. It also has a high-efficiency polyurethane filter that is washable and easily replaceable , and a very large condensation collection tray with the possibility of direct drainage .

There is the possibility of installing a condensate lifting pump in place of the collection tray, which allows the condensate to be pumped up to a height of 3.5 m from the machine's positioning level.

This Fral Rotomoulded 50 dehumidifier is further characterised by the evaporation battery made up of smooth aluminium tubes , which allows for lower energy consumption of the appliance with very high performance even at low relative humidity.

It has a connector for pump connection - available separately.

Load-bearing Structure

The structure is made of galvanized sheet metal and covered with high-density polyethylene obtained with rotational moulding , capable of protecting objects in the work environment and the dehumidifier from damage caused by accidental impacts .

Compressor

The compressor is of the rotary type, mounted on anti-vibration mounts .

Refrigeration circuit

Evaporator : the battery is made of smooth aluminium tubes , which guarantee high performance of the dehumidifier, significantly reducing energy consumption even at low relative humidity.

Condenser : the battery is made of copper tubes and aluminium fins , the wide pitch of the condenser fins ensures resistance to dust , long life of the machine and easy maintenance .

Condensation collection container

The condensation collection container is very large and fitted as standard, easily removable , the machine is also set up for connection to the fixed condensation drain .

Fan

Centrifugal fan, statically and dynamically balanced, resistant and long-lasting .

Air filter

Filter made of polyurethane , it is washable and easily replaceable , high efficiency .

Microprocessor

The microprocessor controls the hot gas defrost cycles , the compressor timer and the alarm board .

Control Panel

The control panel is located on the upper part of the machine, made in accordance with current European standards .

This dehumidifier meets the essential requirements contained in the European Community Directives 2006/95/EC of 12 December 2006 on the safety of electrical products for use in Low Voltage; 2004/108/EC of 15 December 2004 on Electromagnetic Compatibility; 2006/42/EC of 17 May 2006 on the safety of machinery.

Conformity is declared with reference to the following harmonized technical standards: CEI-EN 60335-2-40, CEI-EN 55014-1, CEI-EN 55014-2. It is also declared that the product is manufactured in compliance with the RoHS Directive in force, namely 2002/95/CE, implemented with Legislative Decree 25 July 2005 n.151 (article 5).
