Fral FS100 - False ceiling dehumidifier
Fral FS100 is a fixed dehumidifier for ceilings particularly suitable for use in areas with swimming pools thanks to the special anti-corrosion painting which makes it resistant to the action of chlorine. The Fral FS100 professional dehumidifier is in any case suitable for multiple uses, particularly in those environments where there is a risk of humidity ruining objects , electrical components or forming mold and encrustations.
Fral FS series is equipped with a washable and easily replaceable synthetic material filter to ensure greater ease of maintenance. For this purpose, this swimming pool dehumidifier also consists of a removable body to facilitate inspection of the machine and extraordinary maintenance.
Fral FS100 is equipped with a condensation collection tray in AISI 304 stainless steel to allow its use without a fixed drain.
A delivery plenum , a silencer and a dehumidifier are mounted on board the dehumidifier.
How a swimming pool dehumidifier works
To take advantage of an indoor swimming pool and swim in total comfort, it is useful to maintain the humidity level of the room between 60% and 70%. In this way, you will avoid fogged windows, damage to components and condensation on surfaces. Fral dehumidifiers for swimming pools allow you to limit the phenomenon of evaporation of hot water, which makes the use of the swimming pool itself uncomfortable.
A fixed professional dehumidifier allows you to maintain humidity-free air , so as to avoid the formation of mould, paint flaking and constantly fogged windows .
Functional specifications
Galvanized sheet metal structure and rotary compressor
The FS series dehumidifiers consist of a hot-dip galvanized steel body with removable panels to facilitate inspection and extraordinary maintenance. Upon request, to ensure resistance to environments with swimming pools with chlorine-filled air, the machine is completely painted.
Refrigeration circuit and condensate collection
The refrigeration circuit includes an evaporator and condenser in copper tubes with 2.8 mm aluminum fins. With the aim of avoiding unwanted infiltrations, the refrigeration circuit is hermetically sealed. Furthermore, the dehumidifier is equipped with a silica gel dehydrating filter.
3-speed centrifugal fan
This professional dehumidifier features a centrifugal fan made of thermoplastic material with a 144mm diameter impeller. The motor with which the Fral FS100 is equipped has a condenser and 3-speed selector and thanks to the silencer present it is low noise to avoid annoying background hums especially in relaxation environments such as spas and spas.
Air filter
The air filter of the dehumidifier in question is made of washable and replaceable synthetic material.
Testing
Refrigeration circuit leak tests, electrical discharge tests and functional testing are carried out.
Microprocessor
Fral FS100 is equipped with a microprocessor for controlling defrost, compressor delay and for managing alarms via electronic control.
