Comet FDX Xtreme pressure washers are hydrodynamic units designed for industrial use and equipped with a 22 HP Honda GX690 engine , ideal for carrying out operations and maintenance that require high pressures, high flow rates and great operating reliability. The Comet FDX Xtreme is assembled on a sturdy frame made of flat and tubular steel with anticorrosive treatment and equipped with a central lifting tube .

The starting of the engine is electric , while there is the Oil Alert automatic stop system , a control panel with manual Starter command and a charging coil .

TW PREMIUM 500 PUMP
Designed for intensive use , this Comet Tw Premium 500 pump is forged in anti-corrosion profused aluminum alloy , with brass head and manifold, guide pistons and non-return valves in hardened and high-efficiency stainless steel. The plunger pistons are all ceramic and the connecting rods are all bronze alloy . With high quality tapered bearings and increased oil capacity to dissipate heat and improve lubrication, the Tw Premium 500 pump has a flow rate of 1602 L/h . The casing of this device is equipped with an exclusive patented No Oil Leak anti-dispersion system, to minimize wear on the piston oil seal. There is an exclusive sealing system between the crankcase and the pump head, which prevents the infiltration of dust and dirt where the pistons work. The male shaft is 24 or 30 mm.

The TW Premium anti-corrosion cast aluminum alloy pump is the strength of the FDX Xtreme pressure washers listed above. With a brass head , hardened stainless steel drive pistons and check valves, this pump includes a brass manifold and all ceramic plunger pistons. Like the TW Premium 500 model described in the paragraph above, the TW Premium pump is also equipped with the same characterizing elements: bronze alloy connecting rods , high quality tapered roller bearings and greater oil capacity to dissipate heat . However, the flow rate is higher, with 3210 L/h . This pump also features the exclusive No Oil Leak anti-dispersion system, the anti-infiltration sealing system between the crankcase and head. The male shaft is 24 or 30 mm .
Pressure Regulation and Safety Systems
The Comet FDX Xtreme pressure washer is equipped with an excellent pressure regulation system with a by-pass valve for the discharge of the excess flow.
The regulating valve is also equipped with a delivery branch pressure reset system : when the gun is closed, the water flow is bypassed at low pressure while also keeping the delivery branch at low pressure. With the reopening of the gun the working pressure is reached gradually allowing greater safety for the operator and less wear of the internal combustion engine and the pumping group .
Finally, a further advantage of this system is the greater maneuverability of the Delivery Pipe with the gun closed and the less effort to reactivate the gun .

The Comet FDX Xtreme high-pressure cleaner is mainly aimed at companies operating in the building , shipbuilding , steel and foundry (steel and metalworking companies) or energy sectors and in general where it is necessary to use of extremely powerful equipment in terms of pressure and flow rate.
