The Power Track Active 1400 EXT is a professional transport wheelbarrow , designed to solve all the challenges of material handling in difficult environments. Thanks to its compact and robust structure, it is ideal for use in narrow spaces or on uneven terrain, where larger and less agile vehicles cannot operate. The main feature of this Active 1400 tracked Power Track is the presence of the extendable body , or with extendable sides . This type of wheelbarrow is often used in agriculture to transport bulky goods of different sizes. Its peculiarity lies in the possibility of choosing to lower the sides of the body and/or adjust them both in length (from 90.5 to 97.5 cm) and in width (from 59 to 84 cm) to increase the size of the loading platform, thus facilitating the transport of large goods.

Its 2 mm profile structure reduces vibrations and noise, while the safety braking system with automatic blocking prevents unwanted movements even on uneven terrain. The handlebars bolted to the frame prevent cracks and breakages, while the automatic braking system activates immediately when the safety lever is released. A transmission lock prevents the machine from rolling backwards.

Maximum Traction and Stability

The chassis, closed at the bottom to protect the transmission components from interference with foreign objects, is equipped with a manual track tension adjustment system, ensuring maximum stability and grip on any type of surface, also thanks to the presence of high-resistance 180 mm wide-tread tracks , with internal inserts connected by steel cables embedded in the rubber structure.

The tracks of this galvanized Active 1400 Extendable power barrow move thanks to an efficient sprocket in a raised position to make it easier to move forward on rough terrain and overcome even large obstacles, and thanks to a cast iron track tensioning wheel . Galvanized Steel Frame

The frame and engine support plates are constructed using robust profiles that contribute to the reduction of noise and vibrations . The driving handles are bolted to the frame to avoid cracks and breakages of the welded parts; There are large stiffening reinforcements applied at the bending points. This Power Track has reduced transverse dimensions of only 630 mm .

Powerful and Reliable Transmission System

The transmission unit is equipped with two half-crankcases divided along a vertical plane , cast in light alloys of fine workmanship. Equipped with a gearbox (2 FWD + 1 REV) operated by a train of V-belts, this wheelbarrow with tipping body ensures rapid movement, high maneuverability and excellent ability to overcome any type of obstacle (ladders, logs, differences in level, etc.), also thanks to the particularly low center of gravity that maintains its stability.

Versatile Tipper

The Active 1400 wheelbarrow is supplied with an Extendable tipping body in hot-dip galvanized sheet metal capable of guaranteeing maximum resistance to wear and corrosion. Particularly suitable for transporting loose materials and also suitable for transporting liquids thanks to its watertight seal .

Power Track Active 1400 with extendable body has a load capacity of 400 kg while the tipping angle of 25° when empty (15° when fully loaded) makes emptying easier and, depending on the model chosen, can be operated manually via a practical manual lever located on the side of the body (manual lifting) or via a hydraulic tipping system of the body with a powerful piston and distributor with control lever (hydraulic lifting)* .

Honda GX160 Engine

The Active 1400 wheelbarrow with Adjustable Crate has a Honda GX160 4-stroke, single-cylinder, air-cooled, OHV overhead valve engine . Its power is 3.6 kW (4.8 HP) with a displacement of 163 cc . The start, which occurs via a self-winding recoil mechanism, is always ready, requiring minimal effort from the operator to start.
The unleaded petrol tank has a capacity of 3.1 L.
