Robustly constructed industrial vacuum cleaners and liquids Biemmedue TTX and TTXV designed for continuous work , equipped with a powerful turbine motor built according to the particular principle of lateral channels: the aspirated air, forced to follow a spiral path by means of a particular impeller, is subjected to repeated accelerations, which allow it to reach a high pressure and vacuum value.

TTX: TTX models have a stainless steel body (AISI 304), ideal for environments where greater resistance to corrosion is required.
TTXV : The TTXV models have a powder-coated steel body, which is more resistant to impacts but less resistant to oxidation than stainless steel.

The impeller is mounted directly on the drive shaft and all rotating parts are dynamically balanced, thus achieving an absolute absence of vibrations .

Biemmedue aspirators are specifically designed for the separation of metal shavings and waste from lubricants and oil produced by lathes, milling machines, drills, etc.

The powerful turbine easily recovers all metal shavings and waste material mixed with the oil .

The special stainless steel device, inserted in the recovery tank, separates the metal shavings and swarf from the oil. The metal waste is then ready for recycling and disposal.

The recovered oil is easily discharged from the tank through a drain hose or an external pump (optional) that pumps the recovered lubricants and oil even over long distances.

Special accessories such as oil-resistant hoses and nylon filters to protect the standard filter, protect and extend the life of the machine.

Recommended for the filtration and removal of very fine dust and microscopic particles, debris from surfaces and environments.

HEPA filters with a filtration efficiency of 99.995% that capture all particles even the smallest 0.3 microns .

Permanent star microfilter with a large filter surface acts as a pre-filter to provide an additional level of particle removal and to protect the HEPA filter .

The pressure gauge allows the operator to easily check the filter saturation level .

A specially calibrated filter shaking system cleans the star filter and an automatic filter shaking system cleans the filter at regularly scheduled intervals without operator intervention.

Biemmedue vacuum cleaners are recommended for use in the presence of hot particles such as cleaning and maintenance of ovens, fireplaces, furnaces, etc.

The special hose and accessories can withstand up to 90°C .

All elements inside the vacuum cleaner that come into contact with the hot particles being sucked up are built to withstand high temperatures .

Using the oven kit allows you to clean ovens with temperatures up to 400°C .

Allows the use of common garbage bags for easy collection and disposal of dust and debris .

A convenient , safe and economical method for waste removal. The collection bag is inserted into the lower recovery drum of the machine.

At the end of use, when the bag is full, the drum easily comes out of the machine and the bag containing all the recovered material is simply tied, fixed and removed from the machine.
