The Ohashi ES131GH wood chipper shredder is a professional machine designed to quickly and efficiently reduce and dispose of branches and plant residues . Made in Japan , it is synonymous with quality, reliability and high performance, making it ideal for gardeners, green maintenance workers and operators in the agricultural and forestry sector.

The Ohashi ES101GH is equipped with a Honda GX390 petrol engine, a robust and high-performance unit capable of delivering 13 HP (9.7 kW) of power . Thanks to the 6.8 L tank, fuel consumption is optimised at 2.8 L/h , ensuring adequate autonomy for prolonged work sessions.

This petrol-powered shredder has hydraulic control that prevents overloads and optimizes operating efficiency. The material introduced into the hopper is shredded by a cutting apparatus composed of two chipping knives , a control blade and eight hammers , ensuring effective and uniform shredding.

Max chipping diameter 130 mm

The maximum chipping diameter is 130 mm , allowing you to work with branches of considerable size. The feeder size of 200 x 123 mm allows for easy insertion of the material to be shredded.

Track Drive and Transmission System

Ohashi ES131GH is a self-propelled shredder on tracks , equipped with a mechanical gearbox for easy mobility on different types of terrain. It offers a forward speed of 1.2 km/h - 2.5 km/h and a reverse speed of 1.4 km/h , making it easy to move even in narrow spaces or on rough terrain.

The transmission system to the rotor is entrusted to trapezoidal belts , which ensure durability and resistance over time.

Innovative Hopper Design

A distinctive feature of the Ohashi ES131GH is the new design of the even wider hopper : a design designed to facilitate the passage of branches towards the roller and reduce the risk of blockages. This improvement ensures greater operational efficiency and fewer interruptions during use.

Woodchip Material Expulsion System

The shredded material is expelled through a forced ventilation launch tube, adjustable in height up to 1370 mm and with a variable angle of up to 270° , allowing precise orientation of the wood chips according to operational needs.
