Italian Power MG500 - Burst Engine Shredder
Italian Power MG500 is an ideal bio-shredder for the reduction of woody material deriving from the maintenance of green areas, it chops up prunings, reducing their volume to obtain an excellent compost, also ideal for shredding branches, brambles, shrubs, leaves, hedges and organic waste.
Technical specifications
The Italian Power MG500 garden shredder is powered by a powerful RATO EHR180 petrol engine , 3600 RPM , 3.8 kW and 179 cc displacement .
This engine is powered by unleaded petrol , the tank has a capacity of 3.6 L and the starter of the garden shredder is self-winding .
RATO EHR180 ENGINE
Bio-shredder characterized by belt transmission with double pulley , cutting system with rotor with a re-sharpenable blade in hardened steel and six mobile reversible hammers in hardened steel , with reversible counter-blade .
Italian Power MG500 allows 2 ÷ 3 m²/h of incoming material, with a maximum shredding diameter of 50 mm , moreover the discharge height is 650 mm .
Movement takes place via 2 pneumatic wheels and a handle for moving, there is also a lifting hook and stabilizing feet .
Italian Power MG500 is equipped with a safety device whereby the machine turns on only if the hopper is closed correctly , there are also slots with stop bolts to facilitate inspection and maintenance .
