Thanks to the 15 L tank, fuel consumption is optimised at 6.5 L/h , ensuring adequate autonomy for prolonged working sessions.

Petrol-Powered Shredder with Advanced Cutting

This petrol-powered shredder features hydraulic control to prevent overloads and optimize operating efficiency. The material fed into the hopper is shredded by a cutting system consisting of two chipping knives , a control blade, and eight hammers , ensuring effective and uniform shredding.

Maximum chipping diameter 150 mm

The maximum chipping diameter is 150 mm , allowing you to work with branches of considerable size. The feeder size of 200 x 123 mm allows for easy insertion of the material to be shredded.

Track Drive and Transmission System

The Ohashi ES151GH is a self-propelled tracked shredder , equipped with a mechanical gearbox for easy mobility on various types of terrain. It offers a forward speed of 1.2 km/h - 2.5 km/h and a reverse speed of 1.4 km/h , making it easy to move even in narrow spaces or on rough terrain. It has a speed selector.

The transmission system to the rotor is entrusted to V-belts , which ensure durability and resistance over time.

Innovative Hopper Design

A distinctive feature of the Ohashi ES151GH is the new , even wider hopper design: a design designed to facilitate the passage of branches towards the roller and reduce the risk of blockages. This improvement ensures greater operational efficiency and fewer interruptions during use.

Stress-Free Hydraulic Device

A No Stress Hydraulic Control system (electronic) communicates with the feed roller to ensure stable and effective material feeding.

Launch Speed

By directing the wood chips directly into the truck bed, it is possible to increase the speed of the launch.

Reverse Command

There is the possibility of extracting materials from the hopper with the reverse function by rotating the control.

Wood Chip Expulsion System

The shredded material is expelled through a forced ventilation launch tube, adjustable in height up to 1370 mm and with a variable angle of up to 270° , allowing precise orientation of the chips according to operational needs.
