The FBC CIP.10 DU wheelbarrow-mounted wood chipper is a professional machine designed for intensive use in forestry, agriculture, and landscaping. This chipper is designed for shredding fresh prunings and branches up to 100 mm in diameter, offering high performance and excellent maneuverability even on difficult terrain thanks to its self-propelled track system.

Technical specifications

The FBC CIP.10 DU chipper is available in two power versions , both equipped with single-cylinder 4-stroke engines for both the chipping system and the self-propelled part. The version with Honda engines mounts an 11.7 HP (8.7 kW) GX390 for the cutting system and a 4.8 HP (3.6 kW) GX160 for the tracked power barrow. Alternatively, the version with Loncin engines is equipped with an 11 HP (8.2 kW) G390F for the chipper and a 5.6 HP (4.2 kW) G200F for the traction system. Both configurations offer high reliability , continuity of work and adequate power even on difficult or sloping terrain .

The machine can process branches up to 100 mm in diameter , with an hourly production capacity ranging from 6 to 9 m³/h , depending on the type of material, blade maintenance, and operator experience. The self-feeding system facilitates continuous material introduction, while the discharge pipe, which can be mounted on both sides, ensures flexibility during wood chip collection. The loading hopper has a material introduction height from the ground of 115 cm , and an unloading height of 155 cm .

The cutting system of the FBC CIP.10 DU professional wood chipper guarantees powerful and precise shredding . The combination of a blade, an L-shaped counterblade and ten moving hammers allows for a clean initial shredding followed by a fine chipping process ideal for reuse. The chipping disc is supported by an intermediate shaft with double bearings , designed to withstand intense stress during heavy-duty processing.

Tracked power barrow for difficult terrain

Thanks to the integrated tracked power barrow , the FBC CIP.10 DU power barrow wood chipper moves easily on any type of terrain, including uneven surfaces and slopes of up to 20% . This makes interventions in environments such as parks , woods and undergrowth much more efficient, while maintaining maximum stability and safety during work.

Self-feeding system for continuous loading
