Biemmedue Jumbo hot air generators quickly provide clean and economical heat for construction, shipbuilding, agriculture, livestock farming, industrial premises, sports and recreational facilities under tents.

At the top of the Biemmedue range for potential and thermal efficiency, the hot air generators of the ARCOTHERM JUMBO Series are an effective and immediate response to the problems posed by cold, frost and humidity. Fueled by diesel, methane gas or LPG, they are designed with the utmost design rigor and made to guarantee reliability and durability even in the most difficult environmental conditions.

POWER AND MAXIMUM PERFORMANCE

The JUMBO series generators offer high-level performance in terms of both thermal power and efficiency:

• The combustion chamber, made of stainless steel resistant to high temperatures and the heat exchanger guarantee a high thermal output. The optimal ratio between the fuel burned and the calories expressed also results in operating economy.
• The helical or centrifugal fan ensures large volumes of hot air at high pressure and perfectly clean.

GREAT SECURITY

Biemmedue Jumbo generators have been designed and manufactured according to the highest international quality standards, in order to guarantee always reliable operation, in complete safety and simplicity:

• Automatic operation for maximum ease of use
• All generators are equipped with a FAN thermostat for automatic fan control, an automatic reset LIMIT thermostat and a manual reset LIMIT thermostat for safety shutdown in the event of accidental overheating or operating anomalies.
• The bodywork, thermally and acoustically insulated, is made of steel painted with epoxy powders and baked at 180°C, to ensure excellent resistance to corrosive agents.
• Maintenance is limited to a few periodic general cleaning operations of the components.

VERSATILITY

Available in floor-standing, wall-mounted or trolley versions on large rubber wheels that facilitate movement, all models are equipped with large rings that facilitate attachment by cranes or forklifts.

• Equipped with a diesel tank, which increases their mobility in complete autonomy, they can also be used with generator power.
• The hot air can be delivered either from the front or the top of the appliances.
• A special switch allows the generators to be used for summer ventilation.

  • positioned in the front part of the machine inside the burner cover drawer: to avoid contact with dust, water, snow for easier maintenance; for easier control and intervention by the operator
• Each main component (fan, burner, thermostats, etc.) is equipped with quick electrical connection connections:
  • speed of assembly/disassembly and technical intervention
  • Elimination of installation/disassembly errors

TECHNIQUE - HOW SAFETY THERMOSTATS WORK :

• Overheating thermostat: located on the combustion chamber, it automatically stops the flame in the event of overheating of the chamber.
• Ventilation thermostat: regulates the fan ignition when the combustion chamber is hot enough to avoid introducing cold air into the environment. Conversely, when the burner is turned off, it regulates the fan operating time in order to cool and exploit all the heat produced by the combustion chamber.
• Limit thermostat: located at the air flow outlet, it intervenes if the temperature of the air passing through the combustion chamber is higher than 100° C.

TECHNIQUE - HOW A PROFESSIONAL BURNER WORKS

A professional burner is composed of a fan, a high-filtering diesel filter, a fuel pump, a nozzle, an ignition transformer and a pair of electrodes that allow, even in the worst conditions:

• safe ignition even in dusty and humid environments without the risk of clogging the air filters;
• regular delivery of thermal power, even with very little fuel in the tank;
• pre-ventilation for combustion chamber washing;
• post-ventilation combustion chamber cooling;
