Biemmedue BH 50 - Indirect Combustion Hanging Hot Air Generator
Biemmedue BH 50 is a wall-mounted indirect combustion heater available in diesel, methane or LPG versions, ideal for use in large environments such as industries, sheds or warehouses thanks to the high air flow rate of 4500 m³/h .
Its AISI 430 stainless steel structure guarantees resistance and high performance.
This Industrial Hot Air Generator is designed for connection to pre-existing centralized air conditioning systems and can also be used during the summer as a fan.
You can also choose to connect Biemmedue BH 50 to a thermostat, a humidistat or a timer which can be purchased separately.
Biemmedue BH 50 is equipped with a FAN thermostat and an OVERHEATING thermostat , the first one necessary to ventilate only hot air with pre-heating and post-ventilation for cooling, the second one necessary in case of overheating with manual reset. There is also a LIMIT thermostat for burner control.
The flame control is electronic .
The Biemmedue BH 50 valve group is complete with gas filter, pressure regulator, safety solenoid valve, slow opening work solenoid valve, stabilizer and pressure taps.
The indirect combustion hot air generator in question features a standard snorkel connection for taking clean combustion air from outside.
Functional specifications
This Hanging Hot Air Generator has an internal and external structure in AISI 430 Stainless Steel as well as the combustion chamber with four smoke passes. The electrical panel has IP65 protection and there is also a safety pressure switch (air and gas).
Biemmedue BH 50 is also useful in the summer as it can be used as a fan for cooling, increasing the range of uses of this Biemmedue Professional Heater .
Maintenance and replacement of the burner is made easier by the possibility of tilting the fan.
Technical Specifications
The Biemmedue industrial heater in question has a separate automatic diesel or gas burner and is characterised by a nominal thermal power of 49.8 kW in the diesel version, 49.02 kW in the methane version and 50.02 kW in the LPG version.
All three versions have an air flow rate of 4500 m³/h.
The thermal jump of the Biemmedue BH 50 heaters at 20°C ranges from 53 to 57 °C.
