Biemmedue EKT - Electric Mobile Hot Air Generator
Biemmedue EKT is a hot air generator with centrifugal fan and electric operation, ideal for applications in tensile structures, tents, emergency situations and mobile applications where the use of fossil fuels is not permitted.
This Biemmedue EKT heater has a three-phase 400V electric operation with a 20 kW, 30 kW or 40 kW power selector.
Furthermore, the hot air generator in question is equipped with a base with lifting hooks, thus allowing it to be used while hanging, while the pivoting wheels make it easier to move.
Biemmedue EKT is equipped with two thermostats : a FAN thermostat for controlling the fan and an OVERHEATING safety thermostat which comes into operation in the event of overheating with manual reset.
Functional specifications
This original Biemmedue Electric Heater features AISI 321 armoured electrical resistances and wrapped in a high heat exchange profile.
The front and rear grills are made of stainless steel and the supporting structure has removable panels to simplify internal washing even when the machine is hanging.
Thanks to the hooks with which Biemmedue EKT is equipped, it is possible to hang the generator from the ceiling or stack one on top of the other .
It is recommended to use only metric screws and inserts for fastening and not self-tapping screws.
Biemmedue EKT can be equipped with an electric thermostat that can be purchased separately or with special thermostats for agriculture, construction sites and room thermostats.
Technical Specifications
Biemmedue EKT has a very silent and high prevalence centrifugal fan with IP 55 protection, guaranteeing high air flow and static pressure for the homogeneous long-distance diffusion of hot air through ducts or sheaths.
The nominal power is 40 kW with an air flow of 5100 m³/h . Temperature range at 20°C from 50 to 35°C.
