The CB Sabbiatrici PAL3-L sandblaster is an avanta shot peening sandblaster for various processes and for surface finishing . Thanks to its cabin structure, this CB Sabbiatrici PAL3-L sandblaster is capable of carrying out shot peening , decorative sandblasting , metal hardening , deburring , surface treatments and cleaning . The versatility of the PAL3-L lies in the ability to use different types of abrasives , such as corundum , sand , glass microspheres , synthetic or vegetable granules and metal abrasives, thus adapting to the specific needs of each process.

Access to the cabin is possible from the side, both on the left and right, thus facilitating the loading and unloading of the pieces to be treated. The machine is equipped with a 400 V aspirator with a power of 0.75 kW ; a 20W LED light that illuminates the inside of the cab, improving visibility during operations .

One of the most interesting features of the PAL3-L is the possibility of transforming the cabin from a vacuum system to a pressure one . Pressure booths are known for shortening processing times and engraving parts more easily than vacuum booths. This transformation is particularly advantageous when it comes to working on different surfaces such as aluminium , iron , glass and stainless steel , as it allows you to obtain deep engravings or light polishing without damaging the pieces.

Air consumption based on injector

Air consumption varies depending on the injector used: 600 l/min with a 3 mm injector, 800 l/min with a 3.5 mm injector and 1200 l/min with a 4 mm injector .

Max pressure 8 bar

The operating pressure can be adjusted between 1.5 and 8 bar , while the available tungsten carbide nozzles have a diameter of 6, 8 or 10 mm .

Weight 180kg

With a total weight of 180 kg, the PAL3-L is a robust and stable abrasive sandblaster.

Dust collector filter

A dust filter with self-cleaning compressed air system helps keep the working environment clean and safe, reducing the dispersion of dust.

Loading trolley

A loading trolley facilitates the movement of the pieces inside the cabin , while a rotary table allows even complex shaped objects to be treated uniformly.

Cyclone to regenerate abrasive

The cyclone regenerates abrasive, however, recovers and separates the used abrasive, reducing waste and operating costs .
