The CB Sabbiatrici PAL-SB sandblaster is a benchtop vacuum shot peening and sandblasting cabinet designed for surface finishing operations on a wide range of materials, including metal, plastic, glass, ceramic and wood.

Made of sturdy sheet steel with strategic reinforcements, this machine offers a combination of solidity and stability , essential for precision work and long-lasting.

The CB Sandblasters PAL-SB is equipped with a series of components that improve its efficiency and safety. The 4mm protective lexan viewing window allows for excellent visibility during operations, protecting the operator from debris. The loading door, equipped with a magnetic closure, facilitates quick and safe access to the pieces to be treated.

The work surface is made of perforated sheet metal , designed to support the materials during sandblasting and allow the recovery of the abrasives. The internal lighting is guaranteed by a 20W LED lamp, which ensures clear and precise visibility even in the smallest details.

The sandblaster is equipped with a trigger sandblasting gun , which allows easy and precise control of the abrasive jet. The nozzle , made of tungsten carbide, is available in two diameters ( 4 mm and 5 mm ) to adapt to different processing needs.

Standard connection for vacuum cleaners

The machine features a standard attachment for vacuum cleaners with a diameter of 36 mm, essential for keeping the work area clean and dust-free.

CB Sandblasters PAL-SB has access from above, with a perforated sheet metal work surface. The cabin light is 20 W LED , with air consumption from 300-450 L/min at 7 bar . The operating pressure is 1.5 to 7 bar, with a ∅ 4 or 5 mm tungsten carbide nozzle.
