Munters EDS HE is a wall mounted axial fan designed for agricultural and industrial environments that require a constant, powerful and reliable air flow . Thanks to its high air flow, anti-corrosion structure and maintenance-free direct transmission , this model represents a professional and durable solution for ventilation in demanding contexts such as livestock farms , greenhouses and processing plants .

Technical Specifications

The EDS HE axial fan is available with a 610 mm, 770 mm or 915 mm propeller depending on the model selected. It guarantees a high air flow rate from 9,100 to 19,100 m³/h , ideal for industrial plants and environments with high ventilation requirements.

The highly efficient electric motor offers a power of 0.5 HP in the EDS24HE and EDS30HE models , while the EDS36HE model reaches 0.75 HP , with a maximum absorption of 800 W. The maximum noise level is 72.2 dB(A) , in compliance with the ISO 3744 standard, ensuring silent operation.

Designed to last over time, the fan features an IP55 protection rating and class F motor insulation , ideal for industrial environments, even dusty or humid ones.

Direct drive system

The propeller is connected directly to the engine shaft , eliminating the use of belts and pulleys. This simplified design dramatically reduces routine maintenance and maximizes power transfer efficiency.

High performance balanced propeller

The 3-blade steel propeller is both statically and dynamically balanced to ensure smooth, quiet operation. This reduces mechanical vibrations and extends its life , minimizing the risk of premature component wear.

UV-resistant materials , a high-efficiency motor and an anti-vibration grille complete an extractor designed to last and consume less.

Munters Protect Anti-Corrosion Fans

In agricultural environments, high humidity, acidic pH and aggressive chemicals accelerate metal corrosion. To meet these challenges, Munters has developed Munters Protect , an innovative material for fan blades that is more resistant to corrosion than AISI 430 stainless steel and pre-painted metal. The result of advanced manufacturing processes, it offers greater durability , reliability and performance in the most demanding conditions. The following images show the comparison after 700 hours of salt spray exposure : the SS 430 stainless steel blades (left) show obvious signs of wear, while the Munters Protect blades (right) maintain a healthy and resistant appearance .

On request, EDS HE is available in the Power Munters Protect version, in stainless steel with a paint finish that is 10 times more resistant than normal materials.
