Reinforced nylon

The head structure is made of glass-reinforced nylon , a high-performance material designed to resist wear and impact. This composition ensures exceptional durability even in harsh work environments, where debris and uneven surfaces put a strain on the equipment.

The special nylon spool , completed by a steel knob, has been designed to withstand direct contact with the ground and debris. The system is further optimized thanks to a conveyor that facilitates the exit of the wire, ensuring constant performance in all conditions.

Quick Wire Insertion System

Thanks to the ultra-fast wire insertion system , wire reloading becomes simple and fast. It is not necessary to use the wire guide tube, significantly reducing downtime and increasing productivity in the field.

How to mount the head

Just 3 steps are enough:

• Align the arrows on the knob and the lid.
• Insert the wire into the bushing and even out the two ends.
• Turn the ergonomic knob, pulling the thread slightly every now and then.
