LTF GSC200-3-1-SE - 3 in 1 Multifunction Generator
The LTF GSC200-3-1-SE 3-in-1 multifunction petrol power generator is innovative and versatile , in fact with a single wheeled generator you will have a welding machine , a power generator and a compressor at your disposal, all with excellent performance .
It weighs 153 kg and has important dimensions of 86 x 60 x60 cm , transport is however facilitated by the system with large wheels mounted on the machine.
Technical specifications
GENERATOR
Excellent performance power generator capable of generating a maximum of 5.5 kW and working continuously at a nominal power of 5 kW in single-phase current 230V - 50Hz , capable of generating 3000 RPM .
It can also work for a long time thanks to the 30 L tank . Recoil or electric starting system, convenient and safe , also thanks to the 21S IP protection class.
The generator is equipped with an AVR voltage regulator which allows for greater voltage and frequency stability regardless of the connected load and the rotation of the motor, reducing current drops or peaks , ideal for connecting electronic devices that are affected by voltage fluctuations.
The MDS rectifier system allows the GSC200-3-1-SE generator to transform an alternating signal into a unidirectional one (positive or negative), it also has two outputs :
- 1x16A/230V
- 1x32A/230V
WELDING MACHINE
The MMA welder ( electrode welding) is able to work in a power range between 50 - 200DC/A with a duty cycle (40°) of 50% - 200A . Thanks to its power it is able to use electrodes of Ø 1.6 to 4.0 mm . Working with rated current/voltage of 180A/27.2V .
The welding machine is shipped together with the welding mask , the work clamp and the electrode holder . While using the welder it will not be possible to connect other electric tools to the generator as all the energy will be used in managing the latter.
COMPRESSOR
The compressor inside the machine ensures excellent performance thanks to its large 100 L (0.1 m³) tank and the possibility of sucking 100 L/m of air.
It comes with a 2-stage motor capable of generating 6 ÷ 8 bar of pressure .
Upon arrival, before ignition, it is necessary to introduce oil and petrol.
