Desiderio Plus is a product for cleaning and sterilizing surfaces in domestic or industrial environments (such as for the handling of food and beverages in a food laboratory) which makes the job easier and faster thanks to the steam generator of professional level, the automatic water filling, the 5 bar steam outlet, the built-in detergent tank and the great handling given by the small size.

Excellent for those who work in the food sector, but also for civil and community use, to sterilize and deeply clean environments and objects.

Double heating element external to the boiler 2 x 1000 W, 1.5 liter stainless steel boiler , extremely robust and reliable standard accessories.

The aspiration is with water filtration: this means that all the dirt is deposited in the lower container of DesiderioPlus, immersed in the water which is emptied at the end of the cleaning. In this way there are absolutely no dust, micro-dust, mites, etc., which are re-emitted into the environment, furthermore there are no filters and bags to clean and replace.

In the handle of the Desiderio Plus lance there is a console that allows control of the steam, suction and detergent dispensing functions. This last interesting function offers the possibility, by means of a special container contained in the body of the machine, to enhance the action of the steam with the possible addition of a detergent or a degreaser. This option is normally not absolutely necessary, but could prove useful in the case of surfaces covered with greases that have hardened over time or in particularly large quantities. Note that the console controls operate at low voltage, so there is no risk of electric shock if your hands are wet.

DesiderioPlus cleans according to HACCP standards. The HACCP system (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) is an operational tool for analyzing the risks that characterize the food production process, in order to guarantee its wholesomeness and safety. It applies to all stages of the supply chain.
