Chicago Pneumatic CPVSD 21-34 is a variable speed screw compressor. This Chicago Pneumatic inverter screw compressor is direct drive and transmission , with the option of having an air tank up to 500L .

Designed to include a dryer (optional), this Chicago Pneumatic compressor will provide high performance with maximum energy savings and flexibility of use .

Sound insulation for very low noise levels, long maintenance intervals thanks to intelligent monitoring and control.

Available in models CPVSD 21 , CPVSD 25 , CPVSD 29 and CPVSD 34 with respectively 20 HP with 15 kW , 25 HP with 18.5 kW , 30 HP with 22 kW and 35 HP with 26 kW .

How a screw compressor works

The rotary screw compressor consists of two propeller-shaped rotors, each with different shape and number of grooves / teeth, usually in a 4: 6 ratio. During rotation, the teeth of the first rotor are inserted into the grooves of the second, creating a precise and fluid coupling: in this way, the sucked air is dragged towards the two rotors and compressed according to the rotary movement.
