The AS 3 professional car interior dryer is the ideal machine for ultra-rapid drying of car seats, mats and trunks , significantly speeding up car return times .
Biemmedue AS 3 is composed of an electric hot air generator combined with diffusion tubes and rapid containment sheets that allow you to wrap the area to be dried, concentrating all the color where necessary , halving the drying times .
This car wash dryer by Biemmedue is silent thanks to the radial backward blade fan with which it is equipped and thanks to its heating power of 3.2 kW it allows extremely rapid and efficient drying, halving the time it takes to return the car to the customer .
Technical specifications
This car interior drying machine has a maximum heating power of 3.2 kW and has a motor power of 200 W. The body of the AS 3 dryer is made of AISI 430 stainless steel with four sturdy non-marking rubber wheels for greater stability and ease of transport. For even greater safety during manoeuvres, Biemmedue AS 3 is equipped with rubber bumpers .
The seat dryer in question is equipped with a power selector and guarantees an air flow of 1100 m³/h . In the dryer there is a safety thermostat with manual reset and its resistors are AISI 321 armored wrapped in a high heat exchange profile.
Biemmedue AS 3 is equipped with a 1.5 meter electrical power cable with Schuko plug.
Principle of operation
The Biemmedue AS 3 seat dryer is ideal for car washing companies and allows you to work much faster than with the most popular interior dryers.
Its operation is given by the internal generation of hot air which, through two specially designed flexible tubes, is blown inside the thermal bags (sheets) which, maintaining the heat, quickly dry the area in question.
In fact, two buckets are supplied: a small one for holding one of the two front seats at a time and a double one for drying the rear ones.
