• The pump head in special brass : the pump head is made in Germany by Kränzle, using special forged brass which guarantees an extremely long life.
• Stainless steel pistons with ceramic coating : all machines are equipped with stainless steel pistons with ceramic coating which offer excellent thermal conductivity characteristics and excellent wear resistance properties (typical of ceramic coatings).
• Motor 2800 rpm : the appliances are equipped with long-lasting asynchronous electromotors without brushes and carbon brushes.
• Protection against dry running : in all machines, each piston is equipped with a textile band and a Teflon-graphite ring. The excellent sliding properties of the Teflon-graphite elements make it possible to reduce friction resistance and temperatures inside the device. For this reason Kränzle products can function for a long time even without water. And this increases the safety in case of dry running.
• Bypass operation : When the gun is closed, all devices are switched over to bypass operation at reduced pressure and the water is transported in the circuit with a residual pressure of approx. 10 bar.
• Pressure and quantity of water adjustment : the machines, except those with double group, allow you to set the operating pressure and, consequently, the quantity of water in order to adapt them exactly to the needs of the cleaning being carried out.
• Stainless steel pressure gauge: all machines are equipped with large and clearly visible stainless steel pressure gauges damped with glycerine. Kränzle quality also in the details. Corrosion-free and long life: all pump components and water-carrying safety devices are made of stainless steel or special brass.
• Leak Recovery System : A layer of water between the piston seal systems prevents the sucked air from coming into contact with the pump seal. This allows a considerable increase in the life of the pistons themselves and of the pump.
• Product safety: Kränzle appliances are subjected to testing procedures according to CE and TÜV/GS regulations with respective certifications.
• Induction Motor: robust and long-lasting 2-pole asynchronous motor. No charcoal brushes = no problems!
• Kranzle K 1152 TS T model "T" is equipped with an integrated 15-metre hose reel with jointed handle (in the rest position the handle does not come out of the shape of your Kranzle and will be a hindrance when you store it in your warehouse)
• Large diameter rubber wheels suitable for transport along all types of terrain. The diameter and the materials used to make the wheels also make them suitable for dragging along the steps of a staircase.
• Storage for all accessories : high pressure gun, Vario-Jet lance and lance with rotating nozzle

The body of the K 1152 TS T series pressure washers has been designed to guarantee the most rational arrangement possible of each component: the hose reel, the seat for the high pressure gun, the seats for the lances and the winding system electrical cable.
