Idropavese Special 200 - Industrial three-phase pressure washer
Idropavese Special 200 is a three-phase power pressure washer suitable for industrial use, it has notable characteristics that allow it to be a high-performance machine suitable for heavy-duty work. The pressure washer is made with first choice materials , of excellent quality , which allow high sturdiness and durability over time. Idropavese Special 200 is able to carry out deep and optimal cleaning even for a long time thanks to its high-performance pump unit .

Technical specifications
Idropavese Special 200 is available in three versions:
Idropavese Special 200 - 15 is equipped with an NMT 1520 - WS 201 pump and has a flow rate of 900 L/h for 5.5 kW of power. Idropavese Special 200 - 21 is equipped with an NMT 2120 - WS 202 pump with a flow rate of 1260 L/h and a power of 7.5 kW . Finally, the Idropavese Special 200 - 30 is equipped with an XLT 3025 pump, has a flow rate of 1800 L/h for a power of 11 kW .
The other characteristics, however, are common between the three variants, the pressure is 200 bar , the outlet temperature is 30÷95 °C , the engine speed is low, 1450 RPM , three-phase power supply and 30 L tank. Idropavese Special 200 was born from thirty years of experience, the SPECIAL series is built with a water-cooled boiler which makes it suitable for particularly prolonged and heavy uses.
This allows coupling with boilers with a high degree of pressurization with double and triple flue gas flow , maintaining perfect combustion and cleanliness of the boilers themselves with a relative decrease in the pollution rate . Idropavese Special 200 is also equipped with the best safety devices .
SAT system
With the SAT system (Timed Automatic Shutdown) the machine stops when the gun lever is released, but not immediately, in fact thanks to a timer the engine stops after a few seconds, therefore only when the operator actually stops the wash. This system is able to avoid unnecessary harmful shutdowns if not necessary; to restart the machine just press the lever again.
DMA system
The DMA system allows the machine to manage the lack of water by turning on a red "H2O" LED (no water), at the same time turning off the engine, avoiding damage to the pump seals.
DBM system
The machine also features a DBM system , a minimum coil device that controls the mains voltage . In the event of a temporary power failure, the machine locks out, avoiding dangerous or unwanted starts .
DLG system
Thanks to the DLG system, the machine manages the lack of diesel with simultaneous closure of the diesel solenoid valve to avoid unnecessary smoke bursts. After 15 seconds it automatically turns off both the burner motor and the ignition transformer, consequently blocking the diesel pump to avoid unnecessary and costly seizures.
TSI system
Finally, there is a TSI system , operating time-out so that after 4 hours of inactivity in Total Stop it switches off completely automatically . The machine also controls micro-restarts due to any leaks in the gun or other; after 12 micro-starts it switches off automatically, avoiding breakages to the pressure regulator.
The detergent kit is an optional , with detergent suction in AP and with fuel tank integrated into the structure. The boiler is positioned horizontally , the coil is made of steel and the float is electric with safety stop in case of lack of water. The Idropavese Special 200 pressure washer has a diesel tank level and electronic flame control equipment with photoresistor .

The burner of the Special 200 pressure washer stands out for the particular characteristics of the die-cast light alloy screw designed to allow accurate optimization of ventilation flows with consequent improvement in combustion potential and efficiency . All this allows the coupling with boilers with a high degree of pressurization with double and triple flue gas flow, maintaining perfect combustion and cleanliness of the boilers themselves with a relative reduction in the pollution rate .


Control Panel
Idropavese Special 200 has particularly simple and intuitive controls, so that operator training times are significantly reduced ; this allows the operator to be trained quickly and the start of processing to be anticipated.
