Elicent REC Smart - 75% Heat Recovery with Humidistat

Elicent REC Smart is a controlled mechanical ventilation system (VMC) designed for the exchange and recirculation of air inside environments and homes with heat recovery . Elicent REC Smart is in fact able to recover 75% of the heat , it is the perfect solution to maintain a healthy environment without having to open the windows risking it and it is an excellent alternative to the impossibility of installing a centralized system.

Thanks to the installation of a VMC with heat recovery equipped with a very high efficiency filtering system with double HEPA + G4 filter, a healthy microclimate is created, eliminating up to 99.5% of dangerous particles in the air and 100% of pollen. Thanks to the constant recirculation of the air, mold and condensation are eliminated: the ventilation unit with heat recovery is equipped with a built-in humidistat capable of autonomously detecting the humidity level and adapting the power of the fan. Furthermore, thanks to the maintenance of heat inside the room in which the air is recirculated, heating and air conditioning costs are significantly reduced.

Functional specifications

Installation

Elicent REC Smart is installed on the wall through a simple Ø 100 mm coring in the wall which does not require any particular demanding masonry intervention. The presence of an "umbrella" closing and opening system of the cap placed on the external pipe allows the device to be easily installed without the need for scaffolding or interventions on the outside of the buildings in cases of installation on upper floors. The cap is connected to a cable which closes it through a system and makes it pass inside the tube and then put it back in the correct position without complex interventions.

Air circulation system

Direct access to the outside allows the polluted air inside a room to be exchanged with the outside air by passing the new air introduced through two very high efficiency HEPA + G4 filters but keeping the heat inside the room with a thermal efficiency by 75% . In this way you avoid having to open the windows, a system that allows you to greatly reduce the costs associated with heating and the introduction of polluted external air, keeping the heat inside the room and creating a healthy and purified environment.
Eliminates at least 98% of PM2.5 and 95.5% of PM10 and 100% of pollen.

MHY humidistat

This VMC is designed to work continuously 24h at minimum speed but, thanks to the presence of a built-in humidistat , it is able to autonomously detect the humidity level in the room and adapt the speed of the air recirculation fan to restore the humidity at the preset level. The fan speed then gradually increases until it reaches maximum speed , once the humidity level returns within the pre-set limits again (relative humidity setting between 40% and 90%) the fan slows down by itself returning to minimum speed .

Timer

This version of Elicent REC Smart is equipped with a timer from 0 to 3 minutes for controlled activation of maximum speed. This allows you to increase the speed of the fan regardless of the level of humidity detected but simply according to your needs.

Simple maintenance

This decentralized CMV system is able to solve problems of humidity and condensation , an ideal solution in the event of renovations and/or in new buildings where a centralized ventilation system is not provided. Elicent REC Smart requires little and simple maintenance, it is sufficient to wash the filters (even in the dishwasher) and replace them when necessary as well as the exchanger which is easily inspectable and removable.

Technical specifications

Elicent REC Smart has wall installation with direct expulsion and can be installed both vertically and horizontally and can be rotated 360° depending on the available spaces. Its flow rate is 27/53 m³/h and it is equipped with an EC motor , i.e. a highly energy efficient motor that combines the performance of an electric motor and a traditional one, thus offering very low consumption ranging from only 8 to a maximum of 28 W .

It is an internal ventilation system suitable for any room up to 40 m² and particularly suitable for:

  • particularly humid environments

Optional RLS Speed Switch

You can choose to equip the REC Smart Elicent air circulator with a speed switch that can be purchased separately which allows you to switch from minimum to maximum speed and to switch on the appliance. A single switch can manage two VMC systems simultaneously.

By-pass function

Equipped with a by-pass function, this decentralized ventilation unit is able to provide comfort in every season by exploiting only the air filter function in the summer and hot periods, canceling the heat retention and purifying the incoming air by replacing it with the polluted one internal.
