TwinOxide - Bactericidal Solution Also for Food Use

TwinOxide is a sanitizing solution based on Chlorine Dioxide , ideal for sanitizing environments and surfaces . This product, thanks to its composition, is extremely effective and is able to eliminate 99.9% of viruses and bacteria ; TwinOxide is suitable for use on all types of material, does not require rinsing and leaves no residue.

Chlorine dioxide acts through oxidation, inhibiting the formation of proteins on viruses and therefore eliminating them effectively; being a much more efficient disinfectant than chlorine and with a broader bactericidal spectrum, a smaller quantity is sufficient compared to other disinfectants.

Self-drying disinfectant detergent intended for use in the control of bacteria, mycobacteria, fungi, spores and viruses. It can be used to protect any washable surface from the risk of contamination. It is used in the healthcare, food and civil sectors for the daily disinfection of furnishings, furniture, bathroom fixtures, windows, kitchen equipment and surfaces in general.

TwinOxide is a 3000 ppm solution , extremely effective for the elimination and control of microorganisms present in water and on surfaces ; these microorganisms include bacteria, viruses, fungi, algae and protozoa. Thanks to these characteristics it is exploited for various uses such as:

• removal of iron and manganese from water
• desalination and disinfection of drinking water in municipal aqueducts
• disinfection and control of bacterial communities in cooling systems
• waste water disinfection
• disinfection and sanitization of surfaces, tools and environments
• washing of raw products in the food sector and during the processing of meat and fish

Standard usage

The solution must be diluted with water respecting the indicated doses. The values reported refer to doses per 1 liter of water.

Use with pumps, atomizers, floor cleaners and via fumigation

TwinOxide is ideal for use with sanitization machines , sprayers , backpack pumps , floor cleaners , street cleaning trucks ; it can also be used in fumigation processes.

Use and Storage Tips

TwinOxide is a non-toxic gas dissolved in water, which leaves no residue and is UV labile; this makes it eco-friendly and safe but some precautions are needed for its use:

• The tanks of nebulizers/fumigators (such as the Nardi Sany Air and the Ferrari Mini Sprayer) are made of semi-transparent material and the systems are not watertight, so if left in the light with TwinOxide inside, it deteriorates.
• It is important to store the instrument away from light and in a cool place and use all the product present in the tanks within 3 days at the latest, to avoid compromising its effectiveness.
• Once the tank has been emptied and the operations are completed, it is advisable to rinse the tank with water and spray some of it to also rinse the nozzle, in order to keep the equipment efficient and in good condition.
• When using TwinOxide with normal sprayers it is recommended to use opaque plastic ones. Again, it is recommended to use everything contained within 3 days.
• TwinOxide cans and bottles should always be stored away from light and in a cool place and, once opened, we recommend using them within 60 days (as reported in the technical data sheet) taking care to tighten the cap tightly.
